﹣By using the traditional single column and fixed beam NC vertical lathe layout mode, the machine can complete the interior and exterior cylindrical surface, interior and exteriro tapered surface, plane and curved surface machining. The machine can also carry out the slot-cutting, cutting-off, drilling, countersinking, reaming and other machining.
﹣It uses the electrical position-rotating tool carrier.
﹣Main motor uses the straight-teeth gear transmission. The spindle bearings use the introduced precision bearings and use the grease for lubrication.
﹣The cylinder controls the high and low speed changeover mode.
﹣X and Z axes use the cast iron hardened and tape covered guide-way set.
﹣The servomotors drive the ball lead-screws via one step of synchronous teeth belt decelerator.
﹣Main big components use the closely reinforced layout so that they are good in anti-vibration, high in whole machine rigidity.
﹣There are many functions, such as: man machine dialogue, Chinese and English language changeover, trace display, trouble self diagnosis, automatic alarming, and with floppy driving input.
